MaMoney Terms of Service

1. The service

MaMoney is an Android app for recording and tracking personal finances, developed by kancein. It is not a bank, an e-wallet, or a financial adviser, and it does not move real money.

2. Use of the app

• The app is for users aged 18 and over, for personal use.
• Do not reverse engineer, abuse, or interfere with the app or its ads and purchase services.
• You are responsible for your device's security and for the backup passphrase you create.

3. Not financial advice

Figures such as remaining today and the daily allowance are calculated from what you enter. They are a tool, not financial, tax, or legal advice. Your financial decisions remain yours.

4. Data and backups

Data is stored on your device. If the device is lost or broken, or the app is removed without a backup, we cannot recover your data. Back up regularly and keep the passphrase safe.

5. Ads and purchases

The app is free and shows ads. The one-time “Hapus iklan” (remove ads) purchase is handled by Google Play and follows Google Play's refund policy. It can be restored on another device with the same Google account.

6. Intellectual property

The app, name, and logo of MaMoney belong to kancein. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app. The data you enter remains yours.

7. No warranty and limit of liability

The app is provided as is. We aim for accurate calculations and receipt reading but do not promise it is error-free, especially automatic receipt reading, so check the numbers before saving. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or loss of data arising from use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
